Bruschetta

1-2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 large clove garlic
1 Tb fresh basil
1 Tb fresh oregano
1 Tb olive oil
1 Tb red wine vinegar
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh ground pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve over toasted french bread.
